The Ghost of Richard Nixon

He has to go. He has to go.
I suppose we all know about the whole warrantless wiretap thing that's going on. George Bush breaking the laws of his own country rather than just those quaint international laws. He would have us believe that these wiretaps were set up to track a small number of terrorist communications...I say bullshit Mr Bush man. The fact is that to get a wiretap, you have to go through a FISA court which provides the warrant. And out of the 4000 or so warrants that have been applied for since 2001 all but about ten have been granted. So why would Bush break the law if he could have easily got the warrants?
Here is my theory: he broke the law in this way because he wouldn't have got the warrants, because the people he wanted to spy on were not suspected terrorists. Who they were we don't know. Peace activists, political opponents maybe? Members of the UN?(they did it in Geneva).
Perhaps I'm paranoid. But considering everything that's happened, I wouldn't put it past him.
