Crazy French Bastard

Just read some really hilarious news. Old Jaques Chirac, speaking at a nuclear submarine base, said that a French response to a terrorist attack "could be conventional, could be something else." So he's talking about nuclear weapons. Crazy; I mean, who is he going to nuke? If they have a situation like in London and they're attacked by french extremists what's he going to do, nuke Paris? Even if you could link an attack to a state basically what he's saying is; 'kill some of our citizens and we'll massacre millions of men, women and children.' The man is off his fucking trolley! Or maybe he's just planning to fire them all off at random and blow up the entire world...who knows? Who knows what's going through his head? Silly sod.
